Bernard Kok is a Singapore-based IT/Telecom headhunter, primarily focused in the delivery of middle to senior level positions in Singapore and other major APAC markets. Beginning his executive search career in 2003, he has wide experiences in working with vendors, system integrators and telecom service providers, to recruit the right talent into their organizations. With 9 years of experiences in headhunting, his forte is in his network of industry practitioners for various technical and business fields, as well as his speed in turning around relevant profiles to clients.

Bernard had focused in the mobile messaging segment in the earlier years of his headhunting career, helping vendors and service providers recruit for talent in Singapore, Indonesia for positions engaged in service delivery platforms, SMSC, MMSC systems. Trained both as a contingency and retained headhunter, he has experiences with project delivery in countries further afield, inclusive of Japan and Korea. He has experiences working both with MNC clients and locally-based organizations, inclusive of start-ups from Ireland and the Silicon Valley. Client focused and with a good grasp of the relevant technologies, his focus in interviews is to understand candidates in terms of their aspirations and career directions. Recognizing that career stands as one of the most important aspects of an individual's life, he takes his work seriously and maintains a high level of ethics at all times. He has been fortunate to receive regular support from a stable of satisfied clients, enabling him to move into grooming and training headhunters for the industry, and has trained about 19 individuals into headhunters.

Bernard's passion is in delivery and he derives personal satisfaction from placing candidates into the right roles and organizations. His greatest joy comes from seeing candidate develop their careers and even returning to him for their own recruitment needs. Maggie Lim is a Singapore based consultant handling executive search within Singapore and the region. Having been trained in both retained and contingency executive search methodologies, she was involved in various projects in both business development and delivering roles within Asia. She comes with diverse experiences from regional business development work to project management roles with different corporations and sectors ranging from various Commercial sector, Industrial sector to the Technology space.

Her specializations include placements for positions from middle to senior positions within the IT/Telco sector where she served mainly the key players within the market from vendors, system integrators and telecom service providers recruiting the right talent into their organizations. Julie Teng joins Genus Search Pte Ltd as a Consultant where she is responsible for executive search for Middle to Senior Level Management roles on assignments with key clients – locally and regionally. Her specializations are in the field of pharmaceutical functions and Human Resources placements. To date, she has successfully executed numerous senior positions for regional assignments. Her track record includes positions from clinical to a medical manager or director roles, Sales & Marketing Director, Senior Business Manager, Senior Project Manager, Regional Regulatory Affairs Manager, Regional Product Manager, Regional Project Manager as well as Regional Director of Medical Affairs roles in a few multinational pharmaceutical and CRO companies.

Julie brings with her several years of recruitment experience with a portfolio of clients across different sectors in Asia Pacific region. She is highly regarded by her clients for her in-depth knowledge on the recruitment methodology for Senior to Middle Level Management search assignments.

Yvonne Lim is a headhunter focused on the sourcing of relevant candidate profiles for search assignments with very specific requirements.
